INDUCTIVE HEATER
BD-1.01
The device is assigned to heat the bars to the state,
which allows upsetting. The bars are made from acid-resisting steel.
There is also a possibility to make a heater, which would be designed to heat
any other bars, according to customer's requests. The DB-1.01 heater characterizes
especially high watt-hour efficiency (bigger than 98%) thanks to suitable
concentration of electromagnetic field in the heating zone of inductor. The high
watt-hour efficiency is achieved due to automatic optimisation of supply conditions
of circuit with consideration the heated stock as well. It is possible thanks to
stabilization system of resonant circuit quality factor (the solution secured by
patent).
The DB-1.01 inductive heater is a modern instrument in both technical and
functional aspects.
