THE COMPUTERIZED MEASURING SYSTEM DESIGNED TO MEASURE THE
DYNAMIC MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF THE SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIALS IN ALTERNATING FIELDS
MAG-RJJ-6.0

The computerized measuring system MAG-RJJ-6.0, which works under
WINDOWS, is designed to measure dynamic magnetic properties of the soft magnetic materials.
The system uses the following test circuits:
The MAG-RJJ-6.0 system also allows setting the strictly determined
temperature values. Obtained results are presented in the numeric and graphic mode.
An important advantage of the system is the possibility of export of all obtained
results along with all measured time courses of magnetic and electric signals.
This feature enables an operator to perform any mathematical operations using programs
compatible with Windows. By that means this option provides full freedom for mathematical
analysis and graphical presentation of obtained results.
All of the above mentioned characteristics can be measured as a function of magnetic
field strength or polarization in the range of:
| » | frequency | |
| | (1÷10 000Hz) |
| | <= 0.1 % |
| » | magnetic field strength (for Epstein frame 25cm 50/60 Hz) | |
|
- setting accuracy <= 0.3 %
| (0.1÷15 000A/m) |
| » | polarization | |
| | (0.005÷2.5T) |
| | <= 0.1 % |
The measurements can be performed in the whole or in the
closely restricted measuring range with required value of magnetic polarization
or magnetic field strength. The measurements may also be accomplished for defined
values of magnetic polarization or magnetic field strength. Magnetic field strength
or magnetic polarization can be independent variables in each case.
The measurements are performed with preservation of sinusoidal signal of magnetic
induction differential. Allowed deviation of the form coefficient from sinusoid
does not exceed 0.1%. The measurements can also be performed without preservation
of sinusoidal signal of magnetic induction differential. The measurements, which
were performed in normalized range, fulfil IEC and EN standards.
It is also possible to perform researches for set tolerance values of:
- Setting of the measuring quantity value,
- Form coefficient.
Moreover the user can set the limitary value of magnetizing current.
Demagnetisation of the sample can be omitted or included into the measuring procedure.
The value of demagnetic field and time of demagnetisation can be determined by
operator. The whole measuring process as well as the calibration procedure is
fully automated.
