THE COMPUTERIZED MEASURING SYSTEM DESIGNED TO MEASURE
THE DYNAMIC MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF THE SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIALS IN BOTH ROTATIONAL
AND ALTERNATING FIELDS
MAG-TD200

In case of alternating field the system uses the following test
circuits: Epstein frame, SingleSheetTester,
yoke for sample with dimensions (280x30) mm,
yoke for sample with dimensions (100x100) mm
and toroidal sample. There is also
a possibility to use another test circuits according to customer's requests. When
test circuits, mentioned above are equipped with appropriate sensors, the system
allows measuring dynamic magnetic properties based on indirect or direct measurement
of magnetic field strength. The system is able to measure the properties of
ferromagnetic materials in alternating field with simultaneous determination of
field strength by direct and indirect method, as well.

The MAG-TD200 system is equipped with external amplifiers
of signals proportional to the polarization and magnetic field strength in two
measuring channels. The gains are equal 10, 100, 200, 500 and 1000. It is possible
to use other values according to the Customer's request.
The measurements can be performed in the whole or in the closely restricted
measuring range with required value of magnetic polarization (induction) or
magnetic field intensity. The measurements may also be accomplished for defined
values of magnetic polarization (induction) or magnetic field intensity. Magnetic
field intensity or magnetic polarization (induction) can be independent variables
in each case for alternating field. For rotational field the independent variable
is induction. Demagnetisation of the sample can be omitted or included into the
measuring procedure. The value of demagnetic field and time of demagnetisation
are determined by operator
The whole measuring process as well as calibration procedure is fully automated.
The measurements are performed with preservation of sinusoidal signal of magnetic
induction differential. Allowed deviation of the form factor from sinusoid does
not exceed 0.1% for alternating field. For rotational field it does not exceed
0.5 %. The measurements, which were performed in normalized range, fulfil IEC
and EN standards.
It is also possible to perform researches for set tolerance values of:
- Setting of the measuring quantity value,
- Form coefficient.
Moreover the user can set the limitary value of magnetizing current.
