A new measuring equipment MSM-101 for measurement of the quasistatic changes of magnetic flux association with induction sensors commonly used in measurements of hard and soft magnetic materials properties has been designed and practically applied. Its description and technical data are available in section OFFER : MEASURING DEVICES FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTINGS : Magnetic flux meter MSM-101

Since 02 April 2007 our company, in connection due to reorganization and human-potential growth (high class experts in magnetic measurements and electronic, electric and industry automatic issues), have changed both the www page and more important e-mail addresses.
New e-mail addresses and new query form are available in CONTACT.

In DOWNLOAD the new demo version of: "THE COMPUTERIZED MEASURING SYSTEM DESIGNED TO MEASURE THE DYNAMIC MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF THE SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIALS IN BOTH ROTATIONAL AND ALTERNATING FIELDS" is available.

It has been designed, performed and practically applied the new generation yoke JM-XY10 with very small dispersion flux and high symmetry in our company. It is designed to measure magnetic properties of electrotechnical steel for square samples with side from 60 mm to 100 mm in both alternating and rotational fields. The yoke is equipped with the adaptor to measure circle samples with the diameter from 60 mm to 85 mm. The JM-XY10 yoke is characterized by compact construction and easy manual operation. Measurements can be performed in liquid nitrogen with using the JM-XY10 yoke. It allows determining full parameters characteristic of dynamic magnetic properties of tested material in the rotational and alternating fields together with the induction anisotropy as well as specific core losses anisotropy for single mounting of the sample in the measuring circuit. Measurements are performed with fulfillment of Standards requirements in the range of measurement of dynamic magnetic properties of electrotechnical steel. The new generation yoke JM-XY10 can be successfully used with systems assigned to measure the dynamic magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials in both alternating and rotational fields.

Now we work on:

  1. The measuring device designed to detection of short-circuit state of electrotechnical steel in the magnetic core lamination.
  2. Computerized system, which is designed to measure magnetic properties of the amorphous as well as nano-crystalline materials in alternating fields in the frequency range from 5 Hz to 300 kHz.
